El presente trabajo describe la situación actual de los bosques de caldén en la provincia de San Luis, los cuales se hallan severamente afectados por la deforestación y sustitución debido a una progresiva actividad agrícola. De modo simultáneo, se aprecian emprendimientos productivos que no siempre contemplan un uso racional del recurso.

ABSTRACT

This study shows the actual situation of the woodland of caldén in the province of San Luis. These ecosystems are severely affected by deforestation due to their transformation in agricultural lands. Besides, it is possible to see productive enterprises that not always reflect the rational use of the recourses.
