Resumen: Se presenta una propuesta didáctica que pretende ofrecer al alumnado de enseñanza secundaria obligatoria una educación y una formación corporal básicas a través del área de música. La finalidad es realizar una investigación que permita conocer si, a partir del área de música, se puede favorecer la actitud, el interés y la motivación de los alumnos de este nivel educativo por esta asignatura, contribuyendo al mismo tiempo a su desarrollo integral. Esta propuesta, también permite ofrecer a los alumnos de la ESO la oportunidad de aprender y experimentar con técnicas específicas.



Abstract: The work presents a didactic proposal which wants to offer to Compulsory Secondary Education students a basic education and training in corporal conscience through the subject of music. The purpose of this investigation is to know if by means of music, we can favor the attitude, the interest, and the motivation of these students and contribute at the same time to their integral development. This proposal, also allows us to offer to the secondary students the opportunity to learn and experiment with specific corporal techniques.
