Resumen

En esta investigación se aborda la transformación social desde la praxis pedagógica, entendida ésta como una resultante de procesos de revisión permanente, consciente y continuos en pro de fortalecer las debilidades y potenciar las fortalezas de las instituciones educativas, por ello es necesario una visión gerencial educativa que responda a las exigencias actuales. El objetivo general del estudio estará dirigido a proponer fundamentos teóricos y epistemológicos para una transformación social de la gerencia educativa desde la praxis pedagógica en las instituciones educativas en Cumaná, Estado Sucre 2011, Estado Sucre, Cumaná. 2011. El marco teórico referencial que sustenta la investigación se apoya entonces en las categorías: Gerencia Educativa, Transformación Social, Praxis Pedagógica y actores escolares. El abordaje metodológico se orienta en el paradigma de la investigación cualitativa, donde se asume un enfoque mixto: hermenéutico-etnográfico. A partir de los informantes claves se diseña y aplica entrevistas en profundidad, diálogos y grabaciones. Esto permitirá develar testimonios, experiencias y carencias que complementa el objeto de estudio. Además de la interpretación de los procesos gerenciales traducidos en las conclusiones finales de la praxis pedagógica en la gerencia educativa.

SUMMARY



This research addresses the Social transformation from the pedagogical Praxis, understood this as one resulting from processes of permanent, conscious and continuous revision in pro of strengthen weaknesses and enhance the strengths of educational institutions, therefore an educational management vision that responds to current needs is necessary. The overall objective of the study will be aimed at establishing theoretical and epistemological fundamentals for a social transformation of the educational management from the pedagogical praxis in educational institutions in Cumana, Sucre State 2011 The theoretical frame of reference underlying the research then relies on the following categories: educational management, Social transformation, pedagogical Praxis and school actors.The methodological approach focuses on the paradigm of qualitative research, where it is assumed a mixed approach: hermeneutic-ethnographic. From the key informants is it designed and applied in depth interviews, dialogues, and recordings. This allowed revealing testimonies, experiences and shortcomings that complements the object of study, in addition to the interpretation of managerial processes in the final conclusions of the pedagogical praxis in educational management.
