RESUMEN: No sabemos con certeza cómo aprendemos. En este trabajo, planteamos la necesidad de tener en cuenta los diferentes modelos de procesamiento de la información al que el docente se puede asir para intentar guiar a los alumnos en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, teniendo en cuenta el papel que las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación, juegan en dicho proceso. Para ello, hemos desarrollado una investigación en torno al área de Lengua Castellana y Literatura en el primer curso de Bachillerato, para observar qué tipo de relaciones pueden existir entre el trabajo del docente, las TICs y el modo de aprender de los alumnos.
ABSTRACT: We do not know firmly how we learn. In this paper, we focus on the need to take into account the different models of information processing the teacher can undertake to guide students in the teaching-learning process, bearing in mind the role Information and Communication Technologies play in this process. To this end, we have developed a research in the area of Spanish Language and Literature in the first high school year, to observe what kind of relationships can exist between the teacher’s work, ICT and the way students learn.
